    Past life regression is best when you have a ‘live’ session, someone there to guide you. I doubt that a video would be much use.

    Considering that “past life regression hypnosis” has been widely found to simply create false memories (the same was found with a similar technique to help people “remember” child abuse that never happened) I doubt you’ll have much luck.
