    you need to go to the doc before it gets worse it could turn to celulitas (spelled wrong)

    What you have is called “Sugar Bumps” my mother had them. Her doctor told her not to squeeze them or pick at them because of her being diabetic then, it could cause problems as in not healing and getting infected. See your doctor about them. I’m sure he/she could give you something for them
