The bad is that your diabetes is partly your own doing. The good news is that you can reverse it. Although it sounds easy, it’s very hard to do..
First, CINNAMON!!! Its a secret for some reason.. but I think it’s a teaspoon of (REAL)Cinnamon a day will help regulate your B/S level. Studies were done on this but all those drug companies would rather you take what they give you. You could try this with type 1 as well, however, if you are taking insulin(do not stop). Second, avoid bad oils like the plague!! That includes Canola, hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oils. Replace them with good oils, such as Olive oil. Don’t cook the good oils as much as possible. Your body has to cycle it through and will take about a year to start working. Those bad oils are very resilient!
So, bad oils are in mostly all commercial foods, so unless you make your own from scratch or eat only whats not man made..etc. Sorry for not going into further detail. Hope it helps.
