Because teenagers are *****.
Simple as that.
I’m truly sorry at how things are turning out for you three.
I wish you the best of luck.
Maybe join some clubs or something.
I know how hard CP is. Good luck, sweetie.
It’s all about quality not quantity!
Ignore those losers who are missing out on two great people!
As long as ‘Mandy’ and her twin know that you will always be there for them, I wouldn’t want any other friends! Next time another ignorant kid does that say, “if you can’t respect __’s opinion then you obviously don’t deserve mine!” then walk away..
=) your friends probably feel truley blessed to have you!
I’d rather have 5 friends that accept me fully, then have hundreds of people that are only friends with me because they feel bad.
Don’t try to pressure people into liking Mandy – they’ll give her a chance if they decide to stop being shallow, ignorant people.
Personally, you can’t force people to be your friends. Whatever those people are, that’s the way they were raised to make fun of people. Just ignore them and don’t talk to them.
Hi, one of my best friends in the whole world has CP. She’s such a great person that for me, when I think about her, CP doesn’t even come to mind. Even though I don’t have CP and I haven’t experienced the emotions that she does, I have seen people treat her differently because of her disability. Like if she trips and falls at school people will make a huge deal of it because she has CP, when really, she wasn’t hurt at all. I know these things bother her, but I try and speak up for her whenever I can. At camp, she tripped and these boys made some really nasty comments about her and made me feel angry because they couldn’t look past her disability and see the wonderful person on the inside. Stick up for your friend. Tell people she’s just like everybody else, and that everybody is different in some way.

Do you really want these people to be her friend? I wouldn’t. They seem like heartless, ignorant people.
